Malek built Kaibln the way he approaches every project with a clear vision, a plan and the hands-on craft to execute it.

Coming up in Egypt running The Pump, his production company, he was already deep in the work, directing, producing, shaping creative from the ground up. When the road led to Berlin, he didn't just relocate. He rebuilt. Kaibln was planned from the start as something bigger than a single service or a single discipline, a full creative group that could move across advertising, film, music, fashion, and culture without losing its identity in any of them.

Today he leads the group across every division. The strategy, the creative direction, the film sets, the clothes, the graphics, it's all him. Not because he has to be everywhere, but because that's how he's always worked. Close to the craft. Close to the culture.
